The Kennel of Chaos doesn't run on schedules, budgets, or five-year plans — it runs on pure energy. Doge bursts through the door with a new idea every ten minutes, half of them ridiculous, a few of them somehow brilliant, and all of them loud.

Nobody in the Tower can explain exactly how his floor gets anything done. It just does, usually right after everyone's given up trying to predict it.
